DreamAware ("we", "our", or "us") understands the importance of your personal information. We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We have created this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the ShengXun application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect the following information:

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Your phone number provided during registration, used for account login and identity verification.
• Profile Information (Optional): Nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight, fitness goals, and fitness experience you voluntarily provide for personalized training recommendations.
• Training Data: Training plans, workout history, exercise duration, sets, weights, and other fitness data recorded through the App.
• Health Data (Optional): Weight records, body measurements, diet logs, and heart rate data (collected via heart rate devices after Bluetooth permission is granted).

1.2 Information Generated During Use

• Voice Data: When using the AI Voice Coach feature, your voice is transmitted to our servers for speech-to-text (STT) processing. Voice data is used only for real-time recognition and is not permanently stored. The transcribed text is saved as conversation records.
• AI Conversation Data: Text conversations with the AI coach, used for contextual dialogue and personalized training advice. We may extract preferences and training goals from conversations to improve service quality.
• Location Data (Optional): When using outdoor exercise features, we collect GPS location data (with your permission) for route tracking, pace calculation, and map display. You can disable location permissions at any time.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility optimization and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your contacts, messages, call logs, or photo library.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide account registration, login, and identity verification;
• Record and display your training and health data;
• Provide AI voice coaching services, including speech recognition, intelligent conversation, and speech synthesis;
• Offer personalized training recommendations and data analysis based on your goals;
• Sync your data across devices (requires account login);
• Improve and optimize app features and user experience;
• Ensure app security and prevent risks.

3. Data Storage

• Your training data is primarily stored locally on your device.
• When logged in, data syncs to our cloud servers located within the People's Republic of China.
• AI conversation records are stored on cloud servers for continuous dialogue experience.
• Voice data is used only for real-time processing and is not permanently stored on servers.
• We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
• Personal information is retained for the minimum period necessary. After account deletion, we remove your data after a 7-day cooling-off period, unless retention is required by law.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only when:

• We have your explicit consent;
• Required by laws, regulations, or government/judicial authorities;
• Necessary to protect our, users', or the public's rights, property, or safety;
• Shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to provide services (see Section 5).

5. Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs:

Note: The App's AI speech recognition (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) services run on our own servers. No third-party voice SDKs are integrated on the client side. Your voice data is transmitted through encrypted channels.

6. Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions. You may decline or revoke authorization at any time:

• Network: For data sync, AI conversations, and account verification.
• Microphone (Optional): For voice input with the AI coach. Text input is available without this permission.
• Location (Optional): For GPS tracking during outdoor workouts. Requested only when using outdoor features.
• Background Location (Optional): To continue route tracking when the App is in the background.
• Bluetooth (Optional): For connecting heart rate monitors.
• Overlay (Optional): To display a training timer when the App is in the background.
• Notifications (Optional): For training reminders and music playback controls.
• Vibration: For haptic feedback during training timer alerts.

7. Your Rights

• Access & Modify: View and edit your profile information within the App.
• Delete: Delete training records and health data.
• Account Deletion: Request account deletion in "Profile". After a 7-day cooling-off period, all personal data will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
• Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions (microphone, location, Bluetooth, overlay) via system settings.
• Export: Export your training data.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated training, diet, and health advice is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical or exercise prescriptions.
• AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment.
• Consult healthcare professionals before training if you have health concerns or injuries.

9. Minors Protection

This App is designed for adult users. If you are under 18, please read this policy under parental guidance and obtain their consent before using the App.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications.
